Arcadia Balloon Co. started the way most good things do — out of necessity and a little bit of obsession.

I'm Sarah. I left a career in teaching to figure out what came next, and what came next turned out to be balloons. What started as making decor for my own parties became something I couldn't stop thinking about, couldn't stop learning, and eventually couldn't imagine not doing. I'm a mom to two young boys, a former teacher, and apparently someone who cannot look at a balloon garland without immediately knowing how to make it better.

My teaching background shows up in everything I do here: the planning, the communication, the obsessive attention to detail, and the fact that I will absolutely follow up to make sure everything went exactly the way you pictured it. I've never met a stranger, which means working together feels easy from the first message. And I take every installation seriously — not because balloons are serious, but because the moment you're celebrating is.
